Full Job Description Qualifications (must haves): Be a licensed esthetician in the state of California Ideally, 1+ years of hands-on experience performing facial services- but willing to train the right candidate. Comfortable and capable of performing 12-15 facials per week Must be able to work on the weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) Live locally (near Long Beach, CA) Live a healthy lifestyle and understand the importance of nutrition for the skin Be kind, reliable, punctual, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us! The Job (what's expected): Provide 60 and 90 minute facial services to clients in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain an excellent retail sales to service ratio; check out and rebook clients Be an excellent communicator via texting with myself and clients who reach out, even on your days off. Participate fully in maintaining backbar orders; ship out products to clients Participate in all advanced training and certificate programs Maintain impeccable cleanliness; Perform monthly deep-clean responsibilities in your room.
