+ Brows in the heart of Downtown Long Beach's East Village Arts District. This is a monthly bed rental opportunity for an experienced, licensed lash and/or brow artist who is self-motivated, driven, and hungry to grow their independent business. $800/month — part-time options available All utilities, Wi-Fi, AC/heat, and a fully equipped workspace included. Your rental includes a beauty bed, client chair, ring light, rolling tray, and tool-box storage. I'm looking for an artist who is experienced, motivated, and ideally already established with their own clientele . This is an independent rental opportunity, so the ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is committed to growing their business, and doesn't need to be micromanaged. I'm happy to offer guidance and support when needed, but I'm looking for someone who is already confident in their artistry and ready to take their business to the next level.
