LA BREEZE SPA

is a boutique wellness spa in Santa Monica specializing in personalized facial and skincare experiences. We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about professional skincare and advanced facial treatments, with a strong passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional experience from the moment the client arrives until the end of their treatment. Our facial menu includes customized facials, Signature Facials, Luxury Facials, Glow Sculpt Facial Massage, CO2 Oxygen Facials, Hydro Facials, dermaplaning, extractions, LED light therapy, radio frequency, facial massage, masks, peels, and specialized add-on treatments. The Esthetician will be responsible for customizing each treatment according to the client's skin type, concerns, and goals while maintaining La Breeze's high standards of quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Perform customized facial and skincare treatments based on each client's individual needs Provide professional facial massage and relaxation techniques Perform treatments including facials, Hydro Facials, dermaplaning, extractions, LED therapy, radio frequency, peels, masks, and CO2/Oxygen treatments Properly assess the client's skin and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products Educate clients about skincare routines and professional recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room Properly sanitize all equipment, tools, and treatment areas according to California regulations Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience Maintain knowledge of La Breeze's facial services, protocols, products, and treatment standards Recommend appropriate facial enhancements or add-ons based on the client's needs Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication with clients and team members Follow all California esthetician licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements Qualifications Valid California Esthetician License Previous experience performing professional facials preferred Knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin types, and common skin concerns Experience with advanced facial equipment is a plus Strong facial massage and hands-on treatment skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products based on client needs Willingness to learn and follow La Breeze's signature facial protocols At La Breeze, we believe skincare should be both effective and relaxing. Pay:

$30.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 30.0 per week
