Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, with precision and professionalism Provide expert waxing services such as body waxing, facial waxing, and hair threading to ensure smooth, flawless results Conduct aesthetic treatments like facials, waxing and product recommendations, and aftercare procedures to promote skin health and client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all safety protocols during treatments to ensure a hygienic environment Utilize salon software systems like Vagaro or Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations Skills Valid esthetician license with certification in skincare treatments and waxing services Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on skincare, waxing, and aesthetic procedures Familiarity with salon software systems such as Vagaro or gloss genius for booking and client management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Proficiency in sanitation procedures to maintain a safe treatment environment Ability to perform specialized services like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, and body waxing Knowledge of retail sales techniques to recommend products that support clients' skincare goals Experience working with advanced aesthetic equipment and staying current with industry trends in dermal therapies Join our team where your expertise can shine!
