Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs. Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic procedures to optimize results. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld. Utilize EMR systems for accurate medical records management and treatment documentation. Execute makeup applications for special events or photoshoots as needed. Demonstrate proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, and other cosmetic procedures. Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product innovations through ongoing education. Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized according to health regulations. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Experience performing a broad range of aesthetic treatments including tattooing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapies preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation standards, infection control procedures, and medical records management using EMR systems. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skincare treatments, and skin conditions is highly desirable. Prior experience in sales or product recommendations that enhance client satisfaction is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with makeup application techniques for various occasions or media is a plus.
