Job Description:
Operations:
Performs facial services on guests Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner Assists the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks. Assists the Manager and Marketing and Sales Lead with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals. Reports directly to the
Store Manager Training:
Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook. É standards are being upheld Confident in having coaching conversations with team members May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.
Marketing:
Assists in Marketing & Sales lead with initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content Position Requirements 1-2 years of prior leadership experience Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends) Preferred Requirements 1-2 years of salon/spa experience 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry Job type: Full time

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
