Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift. Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to ensure a clean and inviting store environment. Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting via phone communications. Support inventory management by participating in stocking activities and monitoring product availability. Requirements Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly preferred. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities. Bilingual abilities are desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette to engage confidently with customers.
