is a new upscale head spa and beauty salon in Mission Viejo, California. We are dedicated to providing professional scalp care, relaxation, beauty services, and a personalized guest experience in a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment. Self-love starts at the roots. We are currently hiring Licensed Head Spa Specialists to join our opening team. Previous head spa experience is not required. We provide structured, paid training before opening. Responsibilities Provide professional head spa and scalp-care services according to UM SALON's standardized service protocols Perform shampooing, scalp cleansing, scalp treatments, and relaxing head/scalp massage techniques within the scope of the employee's California license Assist with scalp consultations and follow customized service protocols Communicate with guests regarding comfort, water temperature, pressure, preferences, and service needs Maintain excellent sanitation, hygiene, and treatment-room standards Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest Learn and properly use UM SALON's professional products and equipment Provide a warm, attentive, professional, and consistent guest experience Follow all

service, sanitation, safety, and workplace procedures Qualifications Valid California professional license applicable to the services performed is required Previous head spa experience is not required; training will be provided Previous experience in beauty, spa, salon, massage, hair care, skincare, or a related personal-care service environment is preferred English communication skills required; must be able to communicate effectively with guests regarding services, preferences, comfort, and basic aftercare Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional Excellent personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness Gentle, patient, detail-oriented, and service-minded Must be willing to learn and consistently follow UM SALON's standardized service procedures Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employment & Compensation W-2 employee position Starting at $18.00 per hour + tips Full-time and part-time positions available Paid sick time in accordance with applicable law Opportunities for advancement Pre-Opening Paid Training Selected candidates must be available for approximately 1-2 weeks of paid pre-opening training.
