At Massage Envy Murrieta, being a great esthetician means more than providing amazing services — sales are also an important part of this role. We're looking for an experienced, professional esthetician who can confidently deliver customized treatments, recommend and sell retail products, and work toward clearly defined sales and performance goals, including rebooking, membership conversion, client retention, and retail sales.

What You'll Do:

Perform customized facials and body treatments based on each client's individual needs and skincare goals Confidently recommend and sell retail skincare products and service enhancements Deliver a safe, consistent, and results-focused experience for every guest Perform advanced skincare services with confidence and professionalism Educate clients on products, services, and at-home skincare routines Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term care Work toward sales and performance goals that are actively tracked by leadership Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and treatment room standards

Qualifications:

Valid California Esthetician License (BarberCosmo) 1+ year of experience in a spa, salon, or clinic setting 1+ year of sales experience — must be comfortable meeting quotas Strong client service and communication skills Understanding of proper sanitation and safety standards
