Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including face and scalp facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Educate clients about skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to support their individual needs. Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and packages to meet client goals. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience. Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Requirements Valid state license as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician with certification in skincare and esthetic laser treatments. Proven experience in delivering facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently and professionally. Demonstrated ability to perform esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively. Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times. Ability to promote retail sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
