Tamarisk Country Club is seeking professional, talented, and service-oriented Massage Therapists and Estheticians to join our Spa & Fitness team for the upcoming season. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about wellness, personal care, and creating exceptional experiences for members and guests. Successful candidates will provide high-quality services while maintaining the professionalism, and personalized hospitality expected in a private country club environment. Whether your expertise is massage therapy, esthetics, or both, we are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft and consistently deliver an elevated member experience. What You'll Do Provide professional, personalized services based on each member's individual needs and preferences. Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for every member and guest. Greet members and guests warmly and demonstrate genuine hospitality throughout their visit. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and treatments. Maintain a strong knowledge of Spa services, treatments, products, amenities, seasonal promotions, and Club offerings. Deliver services in accordance with professional standards, applicable licensing requirements, and Tamarisk policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and inviting treatment environment. Properly clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms and equipment between appointments. Protect member and guest privacy and maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times. Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation and billing tickets. Communicate professionally with the Spa & Fitness team regarding member needs, scheduling, and operational matters. Report any incident, accident, equipment concern, or facility issue promptly to the Spa & Fitness Director. Maintain professional and appropriate boundaries in all interactions with members and guests. Support Spa & Fitness events, promotions, and seasonal initiatives as needed. Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the Spa & Fitness Center. Follow all applicable health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and Club standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Massage Therapist - Additional Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage therapy services based on training, experience, and Club offerings. Perform client consultations and tailor treatments appropriately. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and appropriate massage techniques. Recognize contraindications and modify or decline services when appropriate for client safety. Maintain a professional, relaxing, and comfortable treatment environment. Recommend appropriate follow-up services or wellness options based on client needs. Esthetician - Additional Responsibilities Provide professional facial and skincare services based on client needs and treatment plans. Conduct skincare consultations and recommend appropriate services and products. Maintain knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, techniques, and current treatment offerings. Follow all California licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area. Educate members on appropriate skincare routines and products when applicable. Identify appropriate opportunities to recommend retail products or additional services. Professional Standards Maintain a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a private country club and luxury spa environment. Provide consistently warm, professional, and personalized service. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect in every interaction. Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding members and guests. Take pride in maintaining a clean, tranquil, and elevated spa environment. Look for opportunities to exceed member expectations and create memorable experiences.

What We're Looking For Massage Therapists:

Current California Massage Therapist certification/registration or other applicable credentials required , as required for the services provided. Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort, private club, wellness center, or similar environment preferred. Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and body mechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and personable demeanor.

Estheticians:

Current California Esthetician license required . Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort, private club, wellness center, or similar environment preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and personable demeanor.

For All Candidates:

Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage scheduled appointments professionally and efficiently. Comfortable recommending appropriate services and retail products. CPR/AED certification preferred. Schedule Part-Time | Seasonal Schedules will vary based on member demand, appointments, and Club operations.
