$25-$28 per hour (based on experience) About Us We're a growing, client-focused beauty studio looking for a talented and passionate Licensed Lash Artist to join our team! We provide the clients, high-quality supplies, and a beautiful workspace so you can focus on creating exceptional results and building lasting relationships with our guests. Responsibilities Perform classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension services. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience. Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance. Accurately document client information and service notes. Rebook clients and help build long-term client relationships. Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a positive salon environment. Qualifications Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required). Experience applying eyelash extensions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
