We are looking for an experienced Lead Esthetician/Skin Health & Client Growth Associate to join our team, someone who wants more than a treatment room — someone who wants to build a meaningful career and book of business. This role is part clinician, part consultant, part business builder. You'll design skin care plans clients actually follow, own the numbers behind your treatment room, and help grow our client base through relationships in the community. Responsibilities Treatments & Skin Health Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and recommend appropriate retail products. Perform Hydrafacial treatments, custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and our core skin health services Deliver Hydrafacial protocols with the right booster and serum selections for each client's skin goals Assess skin type, condition, and concerns to select the right protocol Ensure all treatments adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards, maintaining a clean, sanitized and hygienic treatments room and Equipment at all times. Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct in-depth intake consultations for new clients — skin history, goals, lifestyle, budget Build multi-visit treatment plans with clear milestones, not one-off appointments Document client progress and adjust plans based on results Prescribe home care routines that support in-room results Sales & Client Retention Recommend and sell retail skin care products as part of the treatment plan Convert single-visit clients into series packages and memberships Rebook clients before they leave the room Follow up between visits to check on results and home care compliance Growth & Marketing Track and report on your key metrics: rebooking rate, retail attachment rate, average ticket, new client conversion, client retention, and service mix Use what you learn from clients to shape our promotions, packages, and messaging — We want your input because you're closest to your clients, so we want your read on what's working and desired Capture content during the workday — before-and-after photos, treatment clips, product shots, and short educational videos — using consistent lighting and angles so results are comparable Secure signed photo and video releases from clients before anything is captured or posted Maintain an organized content library so we always have material ready for promotions and campaigns Create and post to our social channels: services, client transformations, skin education, and offers Build partnerships with local vendors, gyms, med spas, salons, and businesses to bring new clients through the door Support our corporate partnership program with on-site demos, events, and referral relationships Required Active California Esthetician license in good standing Strong working knowledge of skin care ingredients, product lines, and how they perform across skin types and conditions Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic treatments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions for clients. Genuine comfort with recommending products and packages — this role requires a strong sales component Organized system to track your own numbers and speak to them Preferred 2+ years in a spa, med spa, or skin care practice Existing book of clients you can bring with you Hydrafacial certification, or willingness to certify (we'll support the training) Experience with chemical peels and advanced modalities Comfort creating social content — filming, photographing, and posting on your own without being handed a shot list Track record hitting retail or service sales targets You'll do well here if you Like owning outcomes, not just completing appointments Can hold an honest conversation with a client about what their skin actually needs Want to build something rather than clock in Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $25.00 per hour base Commission on retail product sales Commission or bonus on package and membership sales Performance bonus tied to rebooking and retention targets Employee discount on services and products Flexible schedule Continuing education support
