Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced or entry-level Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. We specialize in Dry Eye aesthetic services as well as facial rejuvenation utilizing Emface, Hydrafacial, Chocolate Rejuvenation Facial, and soft-pulse non-ablative laser resurfacing technology. We strive to provide our patients with exceptional service and unparalleled results. $21-$24 per hourJob Type:
Part-time/Full-time Schedule:
Flexible hours (including possibly some evenings and weekends)Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including Emface, Hydrafacial, AdvaTx Laser, and other specialized services.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis, creating personalized treatment plans to address individual client needs and concerns.
- Assist with Dry Eye aesthetic services (training provided if needed).
- Manage front desk responsibilities: welcoming clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Handle inventory management, product ordering, and maintaining adequate supply levels.
- Support strong sales efforts by confidently recommending services, packages, and retail products.
- Participate in social media marketing efforts: assisting with content creation, filming, and client engagement to promote brand awareness.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Valid aesthetician license in California.
- We are open to entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and passion for skincare.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn new treatments and technologies.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dry eye therapy, or dermatology setting is a plus, but not required.
- Marketing experience is a plus (social media posting, email marketing, basic promotional activities).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with spa management software preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage client inquiries efficiently.
- Availability to work part-time
