Part-Time Licensed Esthetician/Waxing Specialist -Part-Time with Full-Time Potential About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our thriving spa team in Roseville, CA. This is a part-time position with the possibility to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. While our high-end day spa secializes in advanced clinical facials, our immediate, primary need is for a master-level waxing specialist who can confidently delivery precision Brazilian and Bikini services from day one. The "ideal" candidate combines this immediate waxing mastery with a strong, experienced background in deliverying high-end facial tratments to a dedicated clientele. Compensation $21.00 per hour Saturday (Full Day Required).

Weekdays:

One full day OR two half days. Collaborative flexibility based on business needs.

Key Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 consecutive years of active, hands-on professional experience working as a licensed Esthetician and a proven wax expert.

Candidate Notice:

This position requires an advanced, established skillset. Please note that recent graduates and entry-level applicants will not be considered. We are unable to accept applications from individuals seeking entry-level training or mentorship.

Licensure:

Current and valid California Esthetician license is strictly mandatory.

Location:

Must reside within a 15- mile driving radius of Roseville, CA.

Availability:

Saturdays are strictly mandatory.

Required Skills & Responsibilities Waxing Expertise:

Advanced, turn-key mastery in all facets of body and facial waxing. High proficiency in Brazilian and Bikini waxing is required. Please note that we require candidates who are already fully proficient and independent in these techniques, as advanced technical waxing training is not provided.

Product Knowledge:

Prior experience or familiarity with IMAGE Skincare and clinical SkinCeuticals products is highly preferred .

Sales Excellence:

Strong ability to thrive in a membership-based sales structure, consistently meeting goals by promoting spa memberships and premium skincare product lines.

Client Care:

Deliver exceptional, results-driven treatments to a highly loyal, multi-generational clientele who are dedicated to their long-term skincare routine and wellness.

Professionalism:

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment room according to state board regulations.
