Position Overview As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in providing outstanding skincare treatments and contributing to the overall success of our mind-body wellness spa. Your expertise, strong sales abilities, and dedication to client satisfaction will be crucial in achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities Sales:

Exhibit strong sales skills and an ability to create a daily home regimes for all clients.

Mind-Body Wellness:

Integrate the principles of mind-body wellness into treatment recommendations and client interactions.

Skin Analysis and Recommendations:

Conduct thorough skin analyses to identify client needs and suggest appropriate treatments and skincare products.

Client Retention:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them engaged and committed to their skincare routines.

Treatment Expertise:

Show proficiency in a range of skincare treatments, including

Microcurrent and Hydrafacial High-End Clientele:

Experience with high-end clientele and understanding their unique preferences.

Self-Motivation:

Be a proactive self-starter, motivated to achieve results and contribute to the spa's success.

Creativity:

Demonstrate creativity in treatment recommendations and client care approaches. Qualifications Valid esthetician license 2 years minimum experience Strong sales experience and skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Passion for skincare and wellness Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Peels & Hydrafacial Knowledge of Microcurrent (proficiency in Microcurrent is a plus) Career Growth Exceptional performance in this role may lead to an advancement opportunity to a Lead Esthetician position, where you will have the chance to further influence the spa's success and take on additional leadership responsibilities.
