Licensed Esthetician — Part-Time NuGlō Aesthetics | San Diego, CA About Us NuGlō Aesthetics is a corrective facial studio in San Diego specializing in advanced, results-driven treatments paired with an experience clients genuinely look forward to. We're growing and looking to add a third esthetician to our close-knit team. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves skin, takes pride in their work, and wants to continue developing their skills in a results-focused environment. What You'll Do Perform customized corrective facial treatments based on each client's skin concerns and goals Conduct thorough skin consultations and educate clients throughout their treatment Recommend appropriate home care and ongoing treatment plans based on each client's needs Build genuine, lasting client relationships and work toward strong rebooking and retention Maintain detailed and accurate client notes and treatment records Follow NuGlō treatment protocols and maintain consistent treatment standards Properly sanitize, set up, and break down treatment rooms Assist with restocking, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment Participate in ongoing education and training What We're Looking For Active California esthetician license Previous professional esthetics experience preferred, but we're open to the right candidate with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn Dermaplaning experience is a plus Strong consultation and communication skills Genuine passion for skin health, corrective treatments, and client education Comfortable recommending home care and educating clients on the importance of a consistent skincare routine Someone who takes initiative and holds themselves to a high standard, even without close supervision Reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and receptive to ongoing coaching and feedback Someone who wants to build and retain a loyal clientele Comfortable working in a small-team, high-touch environment Schedule & Compensation Part-time Starting schedule: Fridays and Saturdays Opportunity to add additional days and hours as clientele grows $19-$21/hour, based on experience Commission on retail product sales Gratuities Why NuGlō Work with advanced skincare technology, professional product lines, and corrective modalities Hands-on training in NuGlō protocols and treatments Ongoing education and skill development Small, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your schedule and clientele as the studio continues to grow Be part of a growing business where your work, ideas, and input genuinely matter To Apply Please submit your resume along with a short introduction telling us about your esthetics experience, what you love most about working with skin, and what you're looking for in your next position.
