We focus on personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs while ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate California Licensed Esthetician to join our team with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations for new and existing patients to assess their skincare needs and goals.
• Perform a range of treatments, including: Derma planing, Hydrafacial, crystal microdermabrasion, lymphatic detox massage, facial sculpting massage, extractions, Hyperbaric Oxygen Dome, LED Light Therapy and more.
• Apply chemical peels (including Face Reality peels), oxygen therapy, LED light therapy, and cryotherapy.
• Create custom pharmaceutical skincare regimens and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on skincare concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and aging, as well as optimal treatment options.
• Promote and sell skincare packages and memberships, along with educating patients on service enhancements.
• Provide facial waxing services, including brow waxing, tinting, and brow lamination.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to California state board cleanliness guidelines, and ensure personal workspace is tidy by cleaning equipment, sanitizing products, counter tops, treatment bed, sweeping, mopping as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active California esthetician license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing facials and working directly with patients.
• Proficient in the techniques listed above and able to provide comprehensive skincare education.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Ability to create a comfortable and unique experience for each patient, minimizing conversation during treatments to enhance their overall relaxation.
• Strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards in a medical spa setting.
