Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction and safety. Shape, tint, and groom eyebrows to complement each client's facial features while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Provide professional waxing services for various areas, ensuring comfort and excellent results. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals, explain treatment options, and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually improve service quality. Promote retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience and support business growth. Experience Valid esthetician license required; certification or specialized training in lash artistry, brow shaping, and waxing preferred. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on eyelash extensions Strong communication skills for engaging with clients professionally and empathetically.
