The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through precise eyebrow threading techniques, along with a strong commitment to customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values professionalism, sanitation, and client satisfaction. Experience with various esthetic treatments and retail sales is a plus, as the position may involve promoting additional services and products. Responsibilities Perform professional eyebrow threading services with precision and care to achieve desired client results Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas Assist clients with inquiries about other salon services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or makeup application Promote retail sales of skincare products, cosmetics, or other salon offerings using POS systems like MINDBODY or salon software Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized according to health regulations Stay informed about new beauty treatments such as esthetic laser treatments or botulinum toxin procedures to better serve clients (nice-to-have) Support team members in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment Requirements Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering preferred; experience in skin care or esthetic treatments is advantageous Proven experience in hair threading; familiarity with eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or body waxing is desirable Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail sales Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Understanding of sanitation standards and proper hygiene practices in a salon setting Ability to perform multiple beauty services including makeup application, nail care, or dermal fillers is a plus Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products and additional services Join our team to deliver exceptional beauty experiences while advancing your skills in a vibrant salon environment.
