Job Description
Job Overview Synergy Healthcare MSO is seeking a professional and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join a modern, patient-focused wellness and hair restoration practice. This position will focus primarily on non-invasive hair and scalp restoration treatments that do not puncture or penetrate the skin . We are looking for an esthetician who is passionate about hair and scalp wellness, provides exceptional customer service, and is comfortable working in a high-end wellness environment. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, confident working directly with clients, and interested in building long-term relationships with patients throughout their hair restoration journey. Responsibilities Perform approved non-invasive hair and scalp restoration treatments Perform treatments that do not puncture, pierce, or penetrate the skin Prepare the scalp and treatment area according to established protocols Conduct client intake and review treatment goals and concerns Educate clients on the treatment process, recommended treatment schedules, and aftercare Take standardized before-and-after photographs to document progress Track client progress throughout their hair restoration treatment plan Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records Properly clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment equipment between clients Follow all infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and safety requirements Work closely with medical providers and the clinical team when treatments require provider oversight Maintain a clean, professional, and luxury treatment environment Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through follow-up Qualifications Active California Esthetician License required Previous experience in esthetic, scalp, hair restoration, wellness, or medical spa services preferred Comfortable performing non-invasive scalp and hair treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable with digital documentation and patient management systems Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills Ability to follow established treatment protocols and remain within the permitted scope of an esthetician license Preferred Experience Hair Restoration Treatments Scalp Treatments Hair & Scalp Wellness Non-Invasive Hair Growth Treatments LED /
