Job Description

Job Overview Perform esthetics services scheduled during your shift. Available for at least 2 shifts per week (including one weekend•) and capable of performing a minimum of 2 facials per shift. Qualified to train in all specialties and upgrades. Embrace and practice Osmosis' Vision and Mission Statement. Duties Consistently provide professional treatments in accordance with accepted industry practice of Osmosis protocol and the laws of the state of California. Take responsibility for checking your scheduled shifts, daily start time and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. Maintain client communication and sales to service ratio. Restock facial room laundry during your shift and take out dirty laundry at the end of your shift. Complete department side duty daily, weekly and monthly check list. Skills Excellent communication and customer service. Professional and friendly attitude. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient in skin analysis, facial massage and facial modalities. Able to work varied schedules that include weekday, weekend and holidays, with varied hours. Qualifications Completion of a state certified course in Esthetics and license with the State Board of Cosmetology. 1 year experience in the spa industry.
