This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical aesthetics who is passionate about natural results, patient education, safety, and creating an elevated client experience. Our approach to aesthetics is thoughtful, personalized, and results driven. We are looking for someone who values building long term relationships with clients and is equally committed to building a long term role within Maven Haus. All injectors joining Maven Haus will complete additional training with our team to ensure consistency in technique, treatment planning, client safety, injector safety, and the overall Maven Haus standard of care. Requirements Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license required Botox and neuromodulator training required Previous neuromodulator injection experience required Minimum one to two years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery required Dermal filler training and experience preferred but not required Microneedling experience preferred but not required Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, contraindications, and aesthetic treatment principles Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and accurate medical documentation Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic scheduling, charting, and client management software Comfortable working collaboratively with providers, leadership, and the medical director Eager to receive feedback, continue learning, and participate in ongoing education and hands on training Seeking a long term position with the desire to grow alongside the practice Responsibilities Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and assess each client's goals, anatomy, medical history, and treatment needs Administer Botox and other neuromodulator treatments safely and effectively Perform dermal filler treatments when appropriately trained, credentialed, and approved Perform microneedling and additional aesthetic treatments within scope of practice and training Develop individualized treatment plans focused on natural, balanced, and appropriate results Provide clear pre treatment and post treatment instructions and education Conduct consultations and follow up appointments for Maven Haus weight management programs Review patient progress, health history, treatment response, and potential side effects during weight management visits Support weight loss medication administration and dosing according to prescribing provider orders, established protocols, and RN scope of practice Educate weight management patients regarding medication use, dosing schedules, expectations, and follow up care Identify concerns, adverse reactions, or changes in patient status and appropriately escalate them to the prescribing provider or medical director Maintain complete and accurate medical records, treatment notes, photographs, medication documentation, and client charts Utilize Maven Haus scheduling and charting software for appointment management, documentation, follow ups, and client communication Follow all sanitation, infection control, medication safety, and emergency protocols Identify contraindications and appropriately escalate clinical concerns before treatment Recommend appropriate medical grade skincare, maintenance treatments, and complementary services based on individual client needs Provide thoughtful client follow up and build strong long term patient relationships Participate in hands on training, continuing education, team meetings, and ongoing clinical development Support client retention, referrals, rebooking, and practice growth through education and appropriate treatment recommendations Maintain an elevated, professional, welcoming, and client focused experience throughout every appointment Training and Development At Maven Haus, client safety and injector safety are our highest priorities . Every injector joining our team will complete training with Maven Haus regardless of previous experience. Training will include consultation standards, facial assessment, anatomy, injection technique, treatment planning, complication prevention and management, emergency preparedness, documentation, weight management protocols, and Maven Haus clinical standards. Our team will also provide training on the scheduling, charting, and client management software used within the practice so each provider feels confident managing appointments and maintaining accurate patient records. Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
