Coastal Aesthetic Physicians is a small, physician owned aesthetics practice in Vista. We are looking for an experienced injector, PA or NP, to run and grow their own patient schedule one to two days a week. This is built for someone who already has patients who follow them. Commission is paid on what is collected for the treatments you personally perform, so the patients you bring stay yours to keep earning on. If you are good at this and tired of a corporate med spa keeping most of it, that is the trade we are offering. The sky is the limit and you can help build the clinic the way you like it. What you would be doing Neurotoxin and filler Energy based treatments: IPL, RF microneedling, OptiLift Microneedling, chemical peels, skin care consults Good faith exams, treatment planning, and follow up on your own patients Building your schedule, with our support on marketing and social Schedule One to two days a week to start, with room to grow toward full time as the schedule fills. Days are flexible and we will work around your other commitments. Pay $38 to $50 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on the treatments you perform. The hourly is guaranteed, so you are paid for your time whether or not the day books out. Commission percentage is negotiable and we will put the whole structure in writing before you start. Requirements Active California PA or NP license, in good standing At least 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience Independent with neurotoxin and filler; laser and energy device experience is a plus Current BLS An existing patient following is strongly preferred About us: We are physician-owned, not a chain. Four physicians started the practice and all four still see patients here, so someone is always on site or a phone call away if something comes up. Rachael Allen, MD runs a busy injection practice out of the office and would share patients with you while you get going. You'd be building your own practice without signing a lease, buying product, or running payroll.
