A busy and friendly dermatology practice is looking for a full time enthusiastic licensed Medical Aesthetician.

Aurora/Centennial/Castle Rock Aesthetician Reports to: Practice Manager Essential Job duties: Prepping room as needed to provide services Being able to correctly and effectively perform all the services offered. Facials Dermaplane Chemical Peels Microneedling Microdermabrasion Hydrafacial IPL LHR Fraxel PDT Vascular Lasers Calling in numbing cream for patients. Ordering products when needed or letting the lead know when you need products. Cleaning and sanitizing the room after every patient. Maintaining the lasers and machines as needed. (recommendations vary by machine) Checking in, scheduling, and checking out patients as needed. Attending trainings required by the office or your department. Responding to emails in a timely manner. Returning calls to new or current patients who have questions. Helping MA's with laundry.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements/Skills:
Must be a licensed aesthetician Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years as an aesthetician preferred Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology preferred Knowledge of IPL, LHR, Fraxel, PDT, facials, peels, tinting and waxing Great customer service skills Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Competency:
Proficient with written and verbal communication. EMR knowledge. Must be reliable and a self-starter. Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. Must be able to format a letter and have good punctuation and grammar skills. Must be able to input schedules in Excel. Know how to operate iPads, computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines. Compliant with HIPAA and OSHA.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office and medical environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and iPads.
Physical Demands:
This is an active role with some walking, standing, and sitting. Some bending and lifting are also required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
