• Colorado Springs, CO Women's Skin Studio is seeking a professional, reliable, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys helping clients feel confident, and takes pride in providing exceptional treatments in a luxury spa environment. This is an employee commission-based position. We provide the clientele—you provide the exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who wants to focus on performing treatments and creating amazing client experiences without the pressure of having to build their own clientele. Services You'll Perform

• Full body waxing, including Brazilian waxing
• Customized skincare facials
• Dermaplaning (Certification Required)
• Brow lamination and brow tinting
• Lash lift and lash tinting
• Skin tag removal (training available) Chemical peel certification is a plus and preferred. Responsibilities
• Perform professional skincare and waxing services according to Women's Skin Studio standards
• Provide excellent client care and create a relaxing, welcoming experience
• Educate clients on treatments, products, and aftercare
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client text messages professionally
• Schedule appointments and assist with client communication
• Support daily spa operations as needed Qualifications
• Current Colorado Esthetician License
• Dermaplaning Certification (Required)
• Experience performing facials, waxing, brow services, and lash services
• Chemical peel certification is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team Compensation
• Commission-based employee position
• Additional income earned through client tips
• Employer will ensure compliance with applicable minimum wage requirements if earned commission does not meet minimum wage standards
• Established clientele provided Employment Requirements
• Must be willing to sign required employment agreements, including confidentiality and protection of Women's Skin Studio's client relationships, as permitted by law.
• Must maintain professionalism and uphold the reputation and standards of Women's Skin Studio.
