Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with precision and artistry. Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, facial anatomy, and develop customized injectable treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, benefits, and what to expect from injectable procedures to set realistic expectations. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support for all injectable services. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and progress documentation. Identify potential risks associated with injectable treatments and implement appropriate safety measures and protocols. Stay current on industry trends, new products, injection techniques, and technologies through continuing education and training. Collaborate with aestheticians, laser technicians, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless, five-star client experience. Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment according to medical spa hygiene and safety standards. Promote and recommend complementing treatments and skincare products that enhance injectable results. Support general spa operations as needed and perform additional duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, facility protocols, and safety standards. Qualifications Current RN or NP license in the state of Colorado or certification and authorization to perform injectable treatments as permitted by state regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of FDA-approved neuromodulators and dermal fillers from multiple product lines. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, aesthetic principles, and patient safety protocols. Excellent communication and client consultation skills, especially in setting realistic expectations for injectable outcomes.
