Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician/Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments with experience doing lash extensions, waxing, brow services as well as providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments including skin care services, body waxing, brow services, lash services. Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and aftercare to enhance their overall experience. Assist in retail sales of beauty products to promote client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in guest services with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with various beauty techniques including skincare, brow services waxing, lash extensions. Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and services to clients. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in new techniques and trends.
