Laser & Injectable Aesthetic Provider Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week | 15-20 Hours | Advanced Medical Aesthetics The Institute of Ageless Living is seeking an experienced Laser & Injectable Aesthetic Provider to join our team. This position is primarily focused on advanced laser treatments and injectable services, with additional opportunities to provide corrective skincare and other aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a polished, motivated professional with strong hands-on experience in laser technology and injections who can confidently consult with clients, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and deliver excellent results. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with strong communication and sales abilities. You should be comfortable discussing treatment options, educating clients, recommending services and products, and building long-term client relationships. This is a part-time position working two days per week, approximately 15-20 hours, with the opportunity for additional employment days and hours as determined by the needs and growth of the practice. The Opportunity As a Laser & Injectable Aesthetic Provider at the Institute of Ageless Living, your primary responsibilities will center around laser treatments and injectable services. You will conduct consultations, evaluate client goals, develop personalized treatment recommendations, perform treatments within your scope of practice, and provide appropriate follow-up care. Secondary services may include chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, advanced facials, and other medical-grade aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a provider who understands that successful aesthetics combines clinical expertise, client education, relationship building, and sales. The right candidate will be able to confidently recommend treatments, packages, and products based on each client's individual goals without creating a high-pressure sales experience. Primary Responsibilities Perform advanced laser treatments with precision and a strong focus on safety, comfort, and results Perform injectable aesthetic treatments within your professional license, training, and scope of practice Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and aesthetic goals Educate clients regarding laser and injectable options, expected outcomes, treatment timelines, aftercare, and maintenance Recommend appropriate combinations of treatments when beneficial to the client Identify opportunities for additional services, treatment packages, and retail products based on client needs Meet established service and retail sales expectations Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service, communication, and follow-through Maintain complete and accurate treatment documentation Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and professional requirements Collaborate with physicians, providers, and team members to provide a consistent and professional client experience Additional Aesthetic Services While lasers and injections will be the primary focus of this position, the provider may also perform: Chemical peels Dermaplaning Microneedling Advanced facials Corrective skincare treatments Medical-grade skincare consultations Other aesthetic treatments offered by the practice Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Has a strong background in laser treatments and injectable aesthetics Is confident performing advanced aesthetic procedures independently within your scope of practice Has a passion for aesthetics, skin health, and helping clients achieve their goals Understands laser technologies, treatment protocols, contraindications, and client safety Is knowledgeable and comfortable with injectable treatments Communicates confidently and professionally with clients Has proven sales experience and understands consultative selling Can comfortably recommend treatments, packages, and skincare products when appropriate Enjoys educating clients and developing customized treatment plans Is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards Works well within a collaborative medical aesthetics environment Qualifications Current and applicable professional license for all services performed Current laser certification as required Minimum 2 years of hands-on laser treatment experience required Previous injectable experience required Previous sales experience required, preferably within aesthetics, wellness, medical spa, healthcare, or a related environment Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetics setting preferred Strong understanding of laser treatments, injectable services, medical-grade skincare, and corrective aesthetic treatments Excellent consultation, interpersonal, and communication skills Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a high standard of client care What the Institute of Ageless Living Offers A professional, advanced medical aesthetics environment Competitive compensation with performance-based earning opportunities Access to advanced aesthetic treatments and technologies Continued education and professional development opportunities A collaborative team focused on client experience and treatment outcomes Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding aesthetics and wellness practice Potential for additional employment days and hours based on performance, scheduling needs, and the needs of the practice Benefits Professional development assistance Employee discounts on eligible services and skincare products Ongoing education and advanced clinical training Supportive physician-led environment Opportunities for professional and financial growth Schedule Part-time 2 days per week Approximately 15-20 hours per week Opportunity for additional days and hours as determined by the needs of the practice Day and/or evening availability may be required In-person position Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Possible tiered commission opportunities At the Institute of Ageless Living, we believe exceptional aesthetic care begins with expertise, individualized treatment planning, and attention to the client experience.
