In this role, you will provide professional lash services while creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented beauty professional who is passionate about enhancing clients' natural beauty and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous lash experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess a current Esthetician license and provide a Lash Completion Form or certificate showing successful completion of a professional lash training program. We may begin offering facial services in the near future. The ideal candidate should be willing and qualified to perform facials once these services are introduced. Additional training may be provided as needed. Please note that this is a part-time position, and scheduled hours will vary depending on appointments, client demand, and business needs. Duties Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets based on training and experience. Provide lash fills, removals, cleansing, and other approved lash services. Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles, lengths, curls, and aftercare. Educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare to promote retention and protect natural lashes. Maintain detailed client records, including services performed, products used, allergies, and sensitivities. Follow all sanitation, disinfection, safety, and health regulations. Clean and organize the lash station, tools, equipment, and shared salon areas before and after each appointment. Use Square or other salon software to schedule appointments, process payments, manage client information, and track retail sales. Recommend and sell appropriate lash-care and beauty products. Greet clients, answer questions, assist with scheduling, and help maintain a smooth daily workflow. Stay informed about current lash techniques, products, safety practices, and beauty trends. Be willing to perform facial services in the future once they are added to the salon's service menu. Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive and professional salon experience. Qualifications and Skills Must possess a current Esthetician license. Must provide a Lash Completion Form or certificate confirming completion of a professional lash training program. Previous experience performing lash services is preferred but not required. Facial or skincare experience is a plus but not required. Must be willing to learn and perform facial services in the future. Knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume lash application is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean, consistent work. Understanding of proper sanitation, disinfection, and client-safety procedures. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to consult with clients and recommend services and products confidently. Dependable, professional, punctual, and eager to learn. Ability to work flexible and varying hours based on appointments and business needs. Familiarity with Square or similar appointment and payment software is a plus. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment. Schedule Part-time position. Hours will vary based on client appointments, business needs, and technician availability.
