About Us We are a rapidly growing wellness and longevity center evolving into a comprehensive Medical & Longevity Clinic . Our mission is to help our clients look, feel, and perform their best through personalized wellness, aesthetic, recovery, and medical services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and personable Body Sculpting Esthetician to join our team and help lead our growing aesthetics and body-sculpting division. The Opportunity As a Body Sculpting Esthetician, you will provide non-invasive body contouring and aesthetic services while creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You will educate clients on their treatment options, develop customized treatment plans based on their goals, and help clients understand how consistent treatments and healthy lifestyle habits can work together to achieve the best possible results. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, fitness, and helping people feel confident in their bodies. Key Responsibilities Perform non-invasive body sculpting and contouring treatments Provide facial and aesthetic services as applicable to your licensing and training. Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's goals and develop appropriate treatment recommendations. Educate guests on treatment protocols, expectations, contraindications, and recommended treatment frequency. Maintain accurate client records and document treatments according to company protocols. Follow all safety, sanitation, operating, and regulatory procedures. Create a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience from consultation through follow-up. Recommend complementary wellness and lifestyle services when appropriate. Participate in the complete sales cycle, including consultation, education, treatment recommendations, package sales, memberships, and client retention. Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term treatment plans rather than one-time visits. Perform follow-up with clients to encourage consistency and track progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Stay current on new aesthetic technologies, treatments, products, and industry trends. Work collaboratively with the medical, wellness, and management teams. What We're Looking For Licensed Esthetician in the State of Connecticut. Previous experience with body sculpting, aesthetics, skincare, or wellness services preferred. Experience operating aesthetic devices is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and comfortable educating clients about services. Passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. Comfortable discussing treatment plans, packages, memberships, and retail products. Sales-oriented with the ability to confidently ask for the sale without being pushy. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn medical, longevity, wellness, and aesthetic offerings as our clinic continues to expand. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is more than someone who can operate a device.
