Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of beauty services to our clients, including microdermabrasion, manicures, makeup and waxing. You will also have the opportunity to showcase and sell our retail products and provide service demonstrations. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing and manicures
- Provide consultations to clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
- Recommend and sell retail products to clients based on their individual needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our retail products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Utilize salon software (such as Square) to schedule appointments and manage client information
Experience:
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license
- Proven experience in providing facials and skincare services
- Knowledge of various beauty products and their applications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus We offer commission and rental opportunities.
