Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including Hydra Facials, Oxygen Facial, acne facials, chemical peels, with precision and care. Administer ultra sound delivered regenerative scalp care for hair stimulation Conduct AI generated skin analysis to guide in product recommendation Educate clients on skincare routines and product demos, to promote ongoing skin health and product use. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatments that meet individual client needs. Maintain impeccable sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience from consultation through treatment. Experience Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials and chemical peels; experience with Hydra Facial is a PLUS. Experience with skin analysis devices is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with medical spa treatments and other advanced aesthetic technologies is preferred. CT Licensure in aesthetics is required. Ability to demonstrate sanitation standards rigorously while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Experience in retail sales or product demos that enhance client satisfaction and promote brand loyalty. $26.82 - $32.30 per hour
