Conduct spa services like waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, nail care, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction. Provide aesthetic laser treatments with precision and safety while educating clients on post-treatment care. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff at all times. Engage with clients through effective communication about treatment options, skincare routines, retail products, and personalized recommendations. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and other spa offerings to boost client results and satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermabrasion. Skilled in massage therapy techniques including deep tissue massage and relaxation massage. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Experience performing waxing services (body waxing and facial waxing) along with nail care is preferred. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace is essential. Ability to educate clients about skincare products, make recommendations for retail sales, and demonstrate product use confidently.
