Pay:

Commission based not hourly Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including body waxing , Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Provide excellent hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetics to provide high-quality services. Requirements Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations. Proficiency in body waxing Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining client trust. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
