Conduct hair threading, tinting services, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients' appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing. Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions clearly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with a strong background in skincare treatments. Knowledge of various esthetic procedures including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and skin tightening techniques. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and sales tracking. Demonstrated ability to perform waxing services (including body waxing), tinting services, makeup application, and nail care with attention to detail. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols necessary for esthetic treatments. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare options confidently.
