Position:

Full-Time Facialist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facialist to join our luxury spa team in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and a proven track record of delivering exceptional facial treatments in high-end luxury spa environments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs. Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personalized care. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a facialist in high-end luxury spas. Valid and current esthetician or facialist license as required by Florida state law. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work full-time hours and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences in a luxury spa setting.
