Job Duties include: Medical Front Desk Receptionist Experience Esthetician Duties Social Media Creation and Daily Posting Detailed Duties include: Answering phone calls Pulling and filing charts Maintain proper chart paper work Some medical assistance help when requested Cleaning medical tools Schedule, change and cancel appointments Send text messages, emails, scanned documents and faxes Some administrative duties assignments Make cold calls to leads Must know how to use computers including word and excel Keep office tidy and turn over exam rooms Key holder Process payments Social Media posts (images, videos, stories, reels and others), creation, planning, and publishing using office camera and computer on
