10am - 7:15pm Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare services, perform advanced esthetic treatments, and provide personalized consultations to enhance our clients' natural beauty. Your expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and cared for while supporting our commitment to ongoing education and professional growth. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and acne facials with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and new treatment options through engaging consultations. Manage retail sales by upselling products during appointments and demonstrating product demos to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon management software (Booker) for client records, and treatment tracking. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with current credentials. Minimum two years proven spa experience in esthetic treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, extensive product knowledge, and other advanced skincare procedures. Enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential. Advanced product and ingredient knowledge.
