We treat our employees like family and value professionalism, loyalty, and growth. This position is strictly for seasoned professionals with proven success selling treatment packages and retail skincare products. We are a high-revenue practice, and this role is ideal for someone confident in consultations, closing sales, and delivering exceptional client experiences must have sales experience! Good salesperson will make a lot of money we pay 10% commission out of each sale ! •1 Month of Training required before start working officialy With an established system that wins every day, We are so glad to announce the opening of our second location in Bonita Springs ! we're seeking the right people with good vibes only! •Training will be at our first location in Naples. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and micro needling. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate services and products for clients. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations. Participate in sales initiatives by promoting products and services that meet client needs. Experience Previous experience in a med spa or salon setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using salon software for appointment management is desirable. A background in hospitality or sales will enhance your candidacy.
