Job Overview now hiring after noon shift and over night associate at 7 eleven 2 pm to 10 pm pay $16 per hour previous experience required We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and expert guidance. Your enthusiasm and sales skills will drive store success, helping customers find the products and financial solutions that best meet their needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a vibrant, fast-paced environment, while supporting customers through every step of their shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that match their needs Promote and sell retail products, financial services, or banking solutions with confidence and professionalism Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Support customers with loan processing inquiries or financial software navigation when applicable Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked Handle basic math calculations for transactions, retail math tasks, and cash register operations efficiently Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Basic math skills including cash handling, retail math, and 10-key typing are essential for accurate transaction processing Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with loan processing or cash management is a plus but not required Join us to become part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your sales expertise!
