Duties Provide high-quality aesthetic services including lash extensions, microblading, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, chemical peels, and laser treatments Manage client consultations to understand their goals and recommend suitable treatments Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations Promote retail products through demos and upselling techniques to enhance client results and satisfaction Handle client communication effectively, ensuring a welcoming experience from booking to post-treatment follow-up Engage with clients via social media management to build your brand and attract new clients Skills Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, microblading, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, or related aesthetic procedures Strong management skills for handling client appointments and retail sales efficiently Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatments and aftercare instructions Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in aesthetic settings Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes and client engagement Experience with injection administration including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers is highly desirable Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality skills to create an inviting environment for clients This role offers an exceptional opportunity for talented professionals to expand their practice within a luxurious spa setting.
