What You'll Do:

Provide professional sugaring services according to company standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Educate guests on aftercare and product recommendations, encourage rebooking and guest retention, introduce relevant memberships and packages, recommend service enhancements and retail products, maintain a clean and sanitary treatment environment, and participate in ongoing training and coaching. Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician/Cosmetology license as required by the state Sugaring experience preferred Previous sales, commission, retail, hospitality, or other goal-driven experience is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be physically capable of working on their feet for 8+ hours a day. Must have full mobility of hands and arms.
