Perfect B Aesthetic Medicine is looking for a bilingual NP or PA with at least 2 years of hands-on injectable experience to join a fast-growing clinic in Doral, FL built on precision, clinical excellence, and real career growth. All of this with constant training to always be on top of your game. You'll work alongside a full administrative staff that handles scheduling, intake, and follow-up, so you can focus 100% on your aesthetic practice.

What You'll Do Injectables & Facial Aesthetics:

Neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, facial balancing, biostimulators (Radiesse and similar)

Medical & Wellness :

GLP-1 injections, peptide protocols Deliver safe, natural-looking results aligned with the Perfect B protocols. Qualifications Active Florida NP or PA license. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics with proven injectable and facial aesthetics experience. Bilingual, English and Spanish. On-site availability in Doral, FL.

Preferred:

Laser and IPL experience. What We Offer $60/hr starting base + monthly performance bonus eligible from day one. Current average bonus for this position is $1000/monthly.

Schedule For this role:

20 to 30 hours per week , Tuesday through Saturday. Your schedule is set approximately one month in advance. Scheduled within the clinic's operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Note:

This role is designed for providers who already have injector experience and are comfortable practicing independently. Foundational injector training is not part of this position. Protocol alignment and onboarding support are provided.
