Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and professional ARNP or PA to join our Fernandina Beach location as a Cosmetic Injector / Laser Specialist / Medical Dermatology . The ideal candidate has experience in cosmetic injectables, laser technologies and medical dermatology. This provider will conduct aesthetic consultations, create personalized treatment plans, perform injectables and laser procedures, and diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatology conditions. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and formulate individualized aesthetic treatment plans Perform cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Conduct laser and energy-based procedures (e.g., hair removal, vascular/ pigment lasers, skin rejuvenation, resurfacing) Educate patients on pre- and post-care, skincare products, and ongoing treatment options Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the EMR (EMA/ModMed) Ensure safe and compliant clinical practices consistent with Beaches Dermatology standards Participate in training, clinical meetings, and continuing education Foster a positive, professional patient experience in every interaction Qualifications Licensed ARNP or PA in the state of Florida Experience in aesthetic medicine (injectables and/or laser treatments required) General dermatology experience required Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic dermatology principles Excellent communication, patient rapport, and clinical judgment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy dermatology practice Preferred Skills Proficiency with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and aesthetic laser systems Confidence in educating patients and recommending comprehensive treatment plans Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical photography What Beaches Dermatology Offers Competitive compensation package with performance incentives Supportive team environment and established patient base Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Employee discounts on cosmetic treatments and skincare A well-equipped office with advanced dermatologic and aesthetic technology How to Apply Please submit your resume to Summer Zerbe at szerbe@beachesdermatology.com.
