We have created a beautiful private treatment room specifically designed for luxury Head Spa and scalp treatments and are looking for the right professional to develop and perform this service within our med spa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about scalp health, hair wellness, therapeutic head massage, and luxury spa experiences and wants to grow in a high-end medical aesthetic environment. Responsibilities Perform luxury Head Spa treatments Perform professional scalp cleansing and scalp treatments Provide relaxing and therapeutic scalp, head, neck, and shoulder massage Perform hair and scalp hydration treatments Use steam and other professional Head Spa techniques Evaluate the condition of the client's scalp and recommend appropriate treatments Address concerns such as dry or oily scalp, buildup, scalp sensitivity, and overall scalp wellness Apply professional scalp serums, masks, oils, and hair treatments Create a relaxing, elevated, luxury experience from beginning to end Educate clients on scalp and hair wellness and appropriate home care Maintain exceptional hygiene, sanitation, and presentation of the Head Spa treatment room Build long-term relationships with clients and help develop our new Head Spa service Qualifications Previous experience with Head Spa, Hair Spa, scalp treatments, hair care, massage, cosmetology, or related beauty/wellness services Strong hands-on massage skills, especially scalp, head, neck, and shoulder massage Knowledge of scalp and hair care is highly preferred Experience performing professional Head Spa treatments is a major plus Appropriate Florida professional license for the services performed is required Professional, polished, reliable, and client-focused Excellent communication and customer-service skills Passion for luxury beauty, wellness, and creating an exceptional client experience Willingness to learn and grow with the practice What We Offer A dedicated private Head Spa treatment room Luxury medical spa environment Opportunity to help develop and grow a new Head Spa department Professional equipment and treatment space Training and opportunities to expand your skills Access to a growing luxury clientele Opportunity for long-term professional and financial growth Part-time opportunities available We are looking for someone who wants to bring more than a basic shampoo or scalp massage to our clients.
