Duties Lead and supervise the esthetic team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality skincare services including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatments and retail products. Perform a wide range of spa services such as waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care. Ensure all sanitation protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe, clean environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits to enhance their results and satisfaction. Manage retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic devices effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Train new team members on service techniques, safety procedures, and customer communication to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team atmosphere. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser therapy, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to lead a team by motivating staff, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills for client consultations, treatment explanations, and retail recommendations. Experience in performing spa services such as waxing (including body waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while managing multiple client appointments efficiently. Sales acumen with a focus on retail product promotion to support client results and business growth.
