Experienced Aesthetician

Licensed Aesthetician Fast paced Dermatology office is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented Licensed Aesthetician to join our expanding practice. This is an opportunity for a skilled provider who is confident in delivering high-quality treatments while actively building and growing a loyal clientele. We are looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also understands the business side of aesthetics—patient retention, product sales, and contributing to overall practice growth. Responsibilities Perform manual facials and advanced treatments, including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, skin analysis Conduct thorough client consultations and develop customized treatment plans Build and maintain a strong, returning client base through excellent results and patient experience Educate patients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate retail products Drive product sales to support treatment outcomes and practice revenue Assist with inventory management, including tracking and maintaining back bar and retail products Partner with administration to develop and execute promotions, events, and specials to increase business Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in all treatment areas Stay current on industry trends, treatments, and product knowledge Support overall spa operations and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience Qualifications Valid Florida Esthetician license Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic experience required Strong experience with manual facials and Hydrafacial treatments Proven ability or strong interest in building and maintaining a client base Comfortable with product sales and patient education Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional, polished, and confident in patient interactions Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment What We're Looking For Someone who is proactive, motivated, and growth-minded Strong work ethic with a focus on results and patient satisfaction Ability to balance clinical skill with business awareness Aesthetic eye and passion for skincare and patient outcomes Compensation Base salary plus commission structure after product and service costs Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance and client growth Schedule Full-time 5 days per week or part time 3 days per week.
