MANAGER - LAKE MARY, FL

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated Store Manager to lead our Lake Mary location. We need someone who understands the waxing industry, delivers an amazing client experience, and is ready to take ownership of their location and team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

Minimum 5 years of professional waxing experience Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Florida Strong waxing skills, including Brazilian waxing Leadership or management experience preferred Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Confident handling difficult client and employee situations professionally Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable Comfortable with sales goals, memberships, products, and store performance Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and daily store operations Must follow and enforce company policies and procedures Must be a team player who leads by example Able to take initiative and handle situations without needing constant direction We aren't simply looking for someone to carry the title of Manager.
