Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing advanced techniques and tools to meet client needs. Incorporate Bio-Regenerative healing methods and organic, toxin-free skin treatments into each massage to promote holistic wellness. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment area in accordance with industry standards. Consult with clients to understand their specific health concerns and customize treatments accordingly. Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their overall experience. Manage appointment schedules efficiently while ensuring punctuality and professionalism. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and training opportunities to continually improve service quality. Uphold all licensing requirements and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Participate in available business mentorship programs and training sessions designed to enhance your skills and grow your practice within the spa. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist is required. Prior experience in luxury spa settings or holistic healing environments is preferred. Knowledge of Bio-Regenerative healing techniques and organic skin treatments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for building client trust and delivering excellent service.
